Plans Advance for New °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Facility at The Rock at La Cantera
Plans are moving forward for a new outpatient care and elite research center at The Rock at La Cantera. Lincoln Property Company expects to break ground this summer on a new medical office building located on the Spurs performance campus. °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ will lease approximately 20,000 square feet within the building to provide advanced sports medicine, imaging services and human performance innovations.
°®ÎÛ´«Ã½'s services at The Rock at La Cantera will primarily focus on delivering specialized care to meet the evolving health needs of the community.
While °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ is not overseeing the building's construction, the academic health center anticipates moving into the new space in late spring 2027, pending construction progress.
This project is part of a multiyear partnership between the San Antonio Spurs and °®ÎÛ´«Ã½, focused on advancing health and wellness across the greater San Antonio community.
